While working in the high tech field, I was amazed by innovative thinking. I was witness to creative and motivated people daily. These are the very characteristics I embraced when building my hockey & skating programs.
Innovation is key to success. If you do what everyone else does, you will be just one of the many in your sector. So be creative and lead your industry. “Innovation” reminds me to continually grow, improve and develop.
“Action” defines the physical movements required to play hockey, but it is a reminder to me that stagnation leads to atrophy. If you stop you will be caught.
