In our hockey skills development courses, our highly qualified and experienced instructors will be there to introduce you to new techniques, give you feedback, and show you how things should be done.
Skating Fundamentals
In the Skating Fundamentals program, you will focus on developing strong skating posture, balance, agility and your command of blade edges, in order to improve your efficiency on the ice.
Puck Fundamentals
When you attend Puck Fundamentals classes at Action Innovation, we’ll work with you on the three basic puck skills and challenge you with drills that progress in difficulty as you improve.

MEET OUR INSTRUCTORS
Coach Paul did a masterful job of breaking down the intricacies of skating for the Nepean Wildcats Atom Competitive Girls Minor hockey team. The results were obvious as each athlete has become visibly more comfortable on their edges and developed more efficient and subsequently more powerful strides. Paul has also educated the coaching staff by providing them the knowledge to reinforce these skills and a means to detect and more importantly address any weaknesses.
